What to do

Monkey Mia Dolphins and Shark BayEmus

The dolphins and other wildlife of Monkey Mia are a huge draw card for Denham and the Shark Bay region in general. Denham is the closest town to Monkey Mia Beach and most visitors base themselves here as a result.

It’s something magical to see a dolphin swim right up to the shoreline and it is one of the reasons people visit Monkey Mia. It’s great for photo opportunities and visitors never leave disappointed.

But Monkey Mia is only part of the story. You'll frequently be visited by our dolphins whilst you're simply out fishing on Shark Bay. Many people also take the opportunity to take a dolphin & wildlife cruise on either the Mac Attack or a luxurious catamaran and invariably see lots of dolphins, dugong and other marine curiosities which are found around Shark Bay. You'll even spot emus along the coastline!

We take bookings for all Monkey Mia and Denham Tours including, cultural bush walking and kayak tours, catamaran sailing tours, 4wd tours, quad bike tours, scenic flight tours and more. Don't forget about our privately owned marine tour and fishing charter vessel Mac Attack
